How long does it take to arrive?
Your piece is made to order, so it takes 3–5 business days to print and assemble, then 2–5 days in transit within the US. Shipping is free.
Can I put my own words on it?
Yes. Type your signature into the Signed box on the product page and it is printed onto the card itself, under the message — not on a slip tucked in the box.
Is it real gold?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. It is an 18k yellow gold or 14k white gold finish over a base metal, set with a 6.5mm cubic zirconia. It is priced as a gift, not as fine jewellery.
What if she doesn't love it?
Email shopnebulaaurora@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. No restocking fee, and signing the card does not make it final sale.
Who are you?
Nebula Aurora is new. We do not have thousands of reviews yet, and we are not going to invent any. What we can tell you is that the pieces are made and shipped from the USA, and a real person reads every email.
